LOTRO Anniversary Blue Sparkler Held Item – 15th Anniversary 2022
The Anniversary Blue Sparkler is a LOTRO 15th Anniversary reward. It is a 1-handed held item so you’ll need a 1-handed weapon equipped if you want to have the cosmetic “over” your weapon.
Or simply equip it for fun!
I decided to feature it here because LOTRO made the right effect for the “drawing in the air” you get when you move a sparkler around!
